Please read and sign to receive your gallery link once it is avilable.

What to Expect When Your Gallery Is Ready

Once your gallery is ready, you will receive a private gallery link by email. The email address provided on this agreement form will be authorized to download up to 10 (or 11**) images at no extra charge, included in your $150 session fee.

When you receive your gallery, simply browse through your photos and download your favorite 10 images using the authorized email address associated with the agreement form below.

Want more photos or prints?

Additional images beyond your 10 included downloads are available for $15 each. To purchase more images, add your additional selections to your favorites list and email us requesting those favorites. This allows you to pay with Venmo, Zelle, cash, or other payment methods with no transaction fees. You can also purchase directly through the gallery website if preferred.

No physical files will be mailed for digital image purchases.

Print Orders

Your gallery also offers online print ordering through a third-party print lab. Prints are fulfilled and shipped directly to you by the print lab. Even though we recommend and trust our printing partners, imagem Photo & Video is not responsible for print quality, shipping times, or delivery issues related to orders placed through the gallery’s print service.

Who Can View My Gallery?

Your gallery link is sent exclusively to you. You are welcome to share it with family and friends, but please be aware that anyone with the link can view your photos and purchase additional images. Please share at your own discretion.

Photo Usage Guidelines

Watermarked image previews may not be downloaded, screenshotted, or shared. Only images downloaded through the gallery after purchase or through your included downloads are licensed for your personal use.
